Comprehensive Project management

Accord offer a complete turnkey service tailored to meet the needs of a specific project, either private or commercial. Along with in-depth project management experience, we have a considerable understanding of the modernisation and refurbishment of all types of lifts from multiple car scenic lifts to dumb waiters.

We offer a thorough audit/ inspection for all sites, with comprehensive condition reports, to establish the level of planned maintenance necessary.

Full specifications can be prepared for new installations and refurbishment projects including surveys from pre-tender stage to hand over.

We are fully conversant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and PART M building regulations and have demonstrable success in solving associated problems.
